Booking System (Mango Mint)
When booking a massage, we collect:

Mango Mint also manages our SMS opt-in notifications, which clients can unsubscribe from at any time. Customer data remains stored unless manually deleted.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our Website, we collect basic analytics and tracking data, including:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Measures website traffic, conversions, and interactions for Google Ads.
Google Search Console: Tracks search traffic and rankings.
Proprietary Tracking System: Logs visits and user agent details but does not collect personal data.

Booking data is stored by Mango Mint until deleted.
Contact form data is stored securely on our database indefinitely unless deleted.
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of internet transmissions.

4. Your Rights & Choices

Healing Massage currently operates only in Arizona, USA, but we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
